CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIRS ON CAMPUS

DLSZ is undergoing several major and minor construction and renovations this summer. The construction of the Sports Complex, in the old Gym 1 will begin by the end of April. The old Chapel in the main building will be converted into the Grade School Handicrafts Room.
Due to the construction of the Sports Complex, several offices and facilities will be relocated to the following temporary sites:
- Lost & Found Unit to Security Office (Gate 3)
- Sports Dev’t Office (SDO) to GS SRCC Office (Cadlum Hall)
- GS SRCC Office to GS Consultation Rm. (Main Bldg.)
- PA Office to Cadlum Hall
- PA-SDF to Cadlum Hall (Alumni Office)
- Physical Fitness Rm (Weights Rm.) to Gym 3
- PE & Sports Equipment Rm. to Gym 3
With the construction of the new chapel and the conversion of the old chapel, the Sunday masses will be temporarily held at the Main bldg. Courtyard starting April 13, 2008. The daily masses (7:30 AM -8:00 AM) will be celebrated at the Cadlum Hall starting June 2. As soon as the new Chapel is turned over to the school upon its completion in July, these 2 masses will be regularly held in the CLF.Aside from the above-mentioned constructions, there will also be other on-going repairs and renovation works such as:
- Conversion of GS Consultation Rm. to GS SRCC Office
- Conversion of GS Handicrafts Rm. to ANHS & Seniors Faculty Rm.
- Renovation of Registrar’s Office
- Retaining wall of Tennis Court
- Repair of Gr. 4-7 student’s lockers
- Repair of classroom chairs & tables
- Cleaning & repairs of air-conditioning units in all classrooms and offices
- Repainting of the CPA Building
EVERYONE IS ADVISED TO HEED SAFETY REMINDERS AND TO STAY AWAY FROM THE AREAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION OR REPAIR.
