DLSZ HOLDS SCHOLARS CONVOCATION ON JULY 30, 2009

De La Salle Santiago Zobel School holds its annual Scholars' Convocation on Thursday, July 30, 2009 at 1:00 pm at the Debbie Decena Auditorium. Now on its third year, the convocation serves as a venue to recognize around one hundred seventy-eight students who have been granted scholarship for the current year and hopes to inculcate in them the values of diligence, stewardship, and generosity. The school's President, Br. Dennis Magbanua FSC will give his Lasallian Message to the scholars. Special guests to grace the occasion would be Mr. & Mrs. Dennis Decena and Mr. & Mrs. Francis Perlas. Two of the scholarship grants are named after their children, Deborah "Debbie" and Francis Luis, respectively. The scholars' parents are also expected to attend this momentous occasion.
