DLSZ HOLDS ANTI-POVERTY FORUMS

As a way of empowering our generation of young Lasallians to take a more proactive role in society, De La Salle Zobel School through the initiative of the Social Studies Department held three simultaneous forums entitled “Sulong Lasalyano, Ituloy ang Pagbabago!” on Friday, October 16, 2009. This activity was also the school’s way of promoting the United Nation’s Millenium Development Goals one of which is to eradicate poverty by 2015.
The forum, which was preceded by a film showing of Laban: The Meaning of EDSA, was graced by distinguished guests.Forum 1
